1 tsp pomegranate seed oil
1 tsp carrot seed oil
1 tsp wheatgerm oil

DIY Beauty - Vitamin C Serum

This is a great and effective serum recipe you can use on your face and under your eyes to reduce puffiness and swelling, especially when pollen is high. The best part about this serum is the cost to make it is much less then buying it at a designer store. L-Ascorbic Acid is vitamin C and is available at most drugstores and health food stores for a fraction of the cost of buying a bottle of serum at the store.

Ingredients for making the Vitamin C Serum:

1/4 tsp L-Ascorbic Acid
1 tsp vegetable glycerin
1 tsp of distilled water

How to Prepare the DIY Vitamin C Serum:

First, dissolve the L-ascorbic acid in the water in a small glass measuring cup. When it is fully dissolved, mix in the glycerin. Once you finish mixing both ingredients together pour them into a glass bottle. Next pour the oils into the bottle, shake and apply.

Note: The ingredients mixed together will make 1 ounce of the Vitamin C serum. If you make this you will need to use it every day until it is finished as it only has a 1 month limit before going bad. For best results pour the liquid into a dark pump bottle for easy use.
