Mung Bean Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:

Any amount of left over mung bean sprouts

Flavoring:

Garlic or onion powder
Salt or soy sauce to taste
Vinegar, cider or regular white vinegar

Tips: Always wash your vegetables even though it came prewashed. Look for quality and sort out anything rotten. This should only take a couple minutes. Compost any veggies you don't want.

Steps

1. Put all the ingredient and flavoring into a ceramic bowl, then toss well together
2. Serve immediately or cover with plastic or another porcelain dish, keep in the fridge, then serve chilled

Use within 5 days for best tasting. You may use fresh lime juice instead of vinegar. This simple recipe can be doctored up anyway you like. One might add chili sauce or crushed peanuts. Try cooked chicken breast pieces, fresh chopped basil, and cut up salad cucumbers for a delicious meal with your salad sprouts.
