Simple and Delicious Pineapple Cream Pie!
Pineapple Cream Pie
Ingredients you will need:
1 - 9 inch pie shell
1 - Can crushed pineapple
1 - pkg. (3 oz.) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 - Pint vanilla or pineapple-flavored ice cream
Whipped cream
First, bake your pie shell according to the directions on the package. Do not over bake.
In a medium sauce pan, bring crushed pineapple with juice to a boil, stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Add the ice cream and stir until it's melted.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Leave in fridge until the mixture is partially set, and then pour into your pie shell.
Chill thoroughly.
Before eating this yummy dessert, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
