An easy car washing solution base
Use this condensed car washing cleaner base for the next time you want to wash your car and for future car washings. Take ¼ cup of baking soda and pour into a capped jug that holds at least 1 gallon. Fill the jug almost to the top with water and add about ¼ cup of mild dishwashing liquid. Screw on the cap and shake the jug well to mix. The leftover solution can be stored in your garage or shed for next time. Just make sure that you shake the jug well before using.
To wash the car, shake the jug well and then pour about one cup of the solution base into a bucket that can hold about 2 gallons. Pour about 1 ½ to 2 gallons of warm water into the bucket and stir, making sure to mix the solution well. Now all that is left to do is to sponge the solution over the entire care to get it squeaky clean.
Rinsing and waxing not necessary
This solution works great and you won't even have to spray your car with water before washing, including no rinsing and waxing after you're done. Take about 1 cup of kerosene and add to a 3 gallon bucket of water. Take a sponge and dip it into the solution and apply the solution over the entire car.
For an extra bonus, add a small amount of hair conditioner that contains lanolin into the water. You will get a freshly waxed look and it works great for repelling water, the rainwater will just bead up and roll right off the car. Great for preventing water spots and rust.
Next time you need to wash your car, try these simple formulas and you won't see washing your car as a daunting chore anymore. It will go quick and easy, leaving nothing but a squeaky clean car that you will be proud to drive around in.

good work :)
Great tips. I find the hardest thing is to get the stuck on dirt off the car, but if you can prevent it from sticking in the first place, that is the best. I used to use Rain-X on the windscreen when I lived in the USA, because driving along the highway I rarely even had to use the wipers, but here in the UK the speed is so slow, that it doesn't work as well. I woudl love to find something that really works to stop the windows fogging up inside though.
