I personally don't like guacamole if it has a lot of "stuff" in it, like onions, green peppers, etc. So, I created my own recipe. Its basic, simple and it is very delicious.
This yields 2-3 servings:
2 avocados
½ tablespoon of garlic
½ tablespoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro
The juice of half of a lime
Salt to taste
1. Remove the seeds and scoop out the avocado pulp into a bowl. Use a fork to mask the avocado.
2. Add garlic, chili powder, cilantro, lime, and salt. Mix until properly blended.
Tips:
The seasonings are just estimates; you can add more or less if you want.
This tastes better after it is covered and refrigerated for at least an hour.
