Flash Card Solution
Flash cards are a great way to get your preschooler learning the basic fundamentals. While these cards are great to use, they often get lost, bent, and unorganized very quickly. You can eliminate this problem with a single holed hole punch and a key ring clip. Punch a hole in the top left corner of each card and place the cards on the key ring. This creates a fun flip book that you can take anywhere and not have to worry about flash cards getting lost or making a mess.
Stained Shirt Solution
With preschoolers in the house, clothes are always getting stained. It can become quite expensive purchasing new clothes every time a shirt gets stained. A simple solution to stained shirts is to get creative with your preschooler. Instead of throwing the stained shirt out, make a new outfit out of it by tie-dying it. Using dyes made for clothing, you and your preschooler can have fun creating a new brightly colored outfit without having to purchase and entirely new shirt. Plus, the stain will be covered or blend in with the dye and no one will even notice.
Paper Scrap Solution
Preschoolers love arts and craft time. But with all the paper cutting and drawing you often end up with a ton of scrap papers that are likely to end up in the trash. You can save the landfills the extra paper by creating a fun collage with your child. For this project, you will need a big, multi-windowed family picture frame. Using the scrap paper and glue, you and your preschooler can cover the surface of the frame and window cards, leaving the windows open. Next, sit with your preschooler and find family photos to place in the open windows. This is a great way to get rid of all those extra scrap papers and personalize a picture frame in the process.
