1 bag frozen Fordhook Lima Beans
1 bag frozen Corn, either White or Yellow
pinch Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 stick Butter
Directions for Simple Succotash

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil
Add the bag of Lima Beans and cook 6 minutes at a rolling boil. Add the bag of Corn and cook another 6 minutes at a rolling boil. Drain the water from the pot.Add the 1/2 stick of butter and stir well. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Pour Simple Succotash into a serving dish
Use a large white serving bowl, which will set off the colors of the green lima beans and yellow corn. Decorate the dish with a sprig of mint or parsley if desired.3
