Do you want to reduce wrinkles? Do you want to reduce the signs of aging? Do you just plain want to look younger? No, I won't tell you to join the club. There is no reason to be mean because there are some simple ways we all can reduce wrinkles, the signs of aging and begin to look younger. How?
Sleep The Correct Way
What is the correct way to sleep? The correct way to sleep is on your back. When you lay on your side, you are increasing your risk of sleep lines. These lines will begin to form while you are sleeping and they will stay on your face during the daytime hours, as well. They will especially form on your cheeks, around your eyes and on your chin. If you sleep on your stomach, lines can form on your forehead and you can get what is known as a furrowed brow line look. This is a trick this writer has been trying to learn to master. Yet, it has been hard to train herself to sleep on her back after many years of sleeping on her right side.
Never Squint
Squinting will allow those eye line wrinkles to form quicker. If you find yourself squinting while reading, get yourself to the eye doctor. It may be time for a new pair of glasses or your first pair. When you are out in the sun, you should always wear sunglasses to keep the sun glare from causing you to squint and to reduce wrinkles before they have a chance to form.
Use Products Containing Alpha-Hydroxy Acids
If you want your skin to make more collage and to fight aging naturally, then you need to use products that contain alpha-hyrdoxy acids. Make sure you purchase lotions and creams that contain this ingredient and be sure to use plenty around your eyes, where you need the most protection from aging.
Drink More Cocoa
Cocoa is delicious. Cocoa is low in calories. Cocoa is made from chocolate. If you need more reasons to drink it can: protect your skin from damage from the sun, improve your skin cell circulation, make your skin look and feel smoother.
Yes, we all will grow older. Yet, this doesn't mean we have to endure wrinkles and lines before our time. We can fight the aging process and we can win. We just need to know which products to use to reduce wrinkles and what tips will also help this quest.

Yay! One more valid excuse to drink hot cocoa.
It's a good thing that I roll onto my back during the night, less wrinkles. Thanks Linda... :o)
Linda - As I'm reading this, I am remembering a 100 year old woman I met whose skin was flawless. I stood staring at her and finally asked, "What cream do you use?" and she replied, "No cream - a bit of olive oil in the evening." Imagine that! Of course, I've been trying that Olive Oil treatment for about a year now and I'm not so sure the wrinkles are fading but my skin sure feels smooth :) cheers!
Thanks Linda, I can definitely drink more cocoa!
