Kady Birdwhistle
Simplicity comes
From mindful stretches you do
Everyday, slowly

In order to gain flexibility, you must start off slow. Bending and stretching everyday is the key. Each day you try, you become a bit more flexible. When you get really used to the vibe, you can do so much more and your energy level increases a lot!

    That is good advice i have to keep remembering. Im somewaht impatient and like to see results immediately. which i do understand is the opposit of what yoga is about =) but im workin on it. thanks
