Simple & Yummy Dinner Recipe

This is a dinner recipe which is easy to prepare and cook. Its main ingredients contain pork cubes, potatoes and carrot cubes, which can effectively strengthen your immune system to fight bacteria, virus and diseases.

Ingredients Preparation: (portion for 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children)

1. 3 pounds of small pork cubes (choose the lean with a little bit fat)

2. 100g of green onions and red onions which are cut into small pieces

3. 10 pieces of ginger

4. 2 pounds of carrot cubes

5. 2 pounds of potatoes cubes

6. 4 teaspoons of sugar, 3 teaspoons of salt, 30 ml of soya sauce

7. 100 g of flour

8. 3 tablespoons of white wine

Step 1: Mix the measured sugar, salt, soya sauce, ginger, flour and wine with the raw pork cubes. And leave the pork cubes immersed in the sauce for at least 20 minutes.

Step 2: Spread some oil onto the pan and turn the stove on high. (It's recommended to choose olive oil which provides more beneficial nutrition to your health.)

Step 3: When the oil turns hot, add the prepared green onions and red onions into the pan and fry them until their smell comes out.

Step 4: Add the pork cubes into the pan and fry them until their surface color changes. (Leave the stove on high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes. Tip: Don't fry the meat for too long time; otherwise the meat may turn dry.)

Step 5: Put the carrot cubes, potatoes cubes, and fried pork all together into a big cooker.

Step 6: Add 10 cups of warm water into the cooker and turn the cooker on high heat.

Step 7: When the sauce boils, turn the cooker to low heat and leave it work at least 40 minutes before you serve the meal.
