Fans of Homer Simpson who wants to hear him say "D'oh" on their cell phone might want to check out Jamster or thesimpsonsmobile.com for a range of the Simpsons mobile content. Jamster, a mobile entertainment company is offering The Yellow plan to consumers nationwide.

The Yellow Plan is a subscription based service that lets you download Simpsons mobile content like wallpapers, screensavers, ringtones, ring backs on your mobile phone. Homer's famous phrases like, "Mmmm...Donuts", "D'oh" or "Woo-hoo" are now available as phone rings as well as Itchy and Scratchy's theme song and the Simpson's theme song too. Screensavers of Homer and Mr. Sparkle and wallpapers of Marge and her quotes are also available for download. The Subscription service costs $9.99 a month and users can make use of 6 credits to purchase new Simpsons content that are added every month. Fans will also get access to exclusive movie downloads for their phone.

Lucy Hood, CEO of Jamster has said that the ringtones are going to be the most sough-after ringtones in the United States. Apparently, people have already been clamoring Jamster to offer The Simpsons content on mobile phones. "And now we are happy to offer The Yellow Plan to consumers across the nation," Hood said.

Subscribers of the Yellow Plan can also play the mobile game, The Simpsons: Minutes to Meltdown which was developed by Electronic Arts. The object of the game is to stock up on donuts, sneak past Krusty the Clown and Officer Lou and save Springfield from a nuclear meltdown.

The Simpsons is a popular animated series from Fox and is a satirical parody of the Middle American Family. The series is a huge hit and has won several awards. The show has already aired 400 episodes since it first aired and the Simpsons Movie will be shown on July 27, 2007 in theaters worldwide.
