Giving a gift to a single mother can be a thought provoking exercise. Whether it's Mother's Day, her birthday, Christmas, or just a special I'm thinking of you kind of gift, you need to find a gift that she will truly appreciate. A little knowledge of what kinds of gifts a single mother will like and appreciate will endear her to you.

While it seems like a nice bottle of expensive perfume or a lovely piece of jewelry would be a perfect gift; that is not the case. Your friend is proud and would not necessarily ask for help. If the help they need and want comes in the form of a gift, they will gladly accept it and remember your thoughtful kindness for a long tome to come. You know the old saying that you do not buy your wife a vacuum cleaner for her birthday. You need to think of things that are special and pretty for her. What things would make life easier for her if only for a day or two. Relief is the operative word here for single mothers. Give her a gift of relief to make her life easier and more enjoyable.
