Sister Schubert, no she is not a nun but rather a woman who grew up with the nickname Sister,; given by a sibling, started baking rolls in her kitchen as most start ups do. She baked for family and friends. She donated some rolls to a holiday food fair at church and that's how it all started. The word spread, before long she was making rolls for area grocery stores. Her business grew and is now selling rolls in a variety of grocery freezer sections for thirty-nine states. If you are one of the unlucky ones and don't have Sister Schubert's rolls in your freezer section, don't worry. You can order them online at www.ssrolls.com. For the first time, Sister is offering her secret family recipes that made her famous in her newly released cookbook Sister Schubert's Secret Bread Recipes that contains more than one hundred yeast and quick bread recipes.
Sister sells nine varieties of rolls. I haven't tried them all as we don't have all the varieties available in my local grocer. Those that I have tried were great. I have tried the Dinner Yeast Rolls that come in a pan. The pans contain sixteen rolls. The cinnamon rolls, which were good, also come in the disposable pan. My favorites so far would be the dinner rolls in the bag. They are available ten to a bag and you can make all of them or just one at a time. They are quick and easy to heat in the toaster oven for one or a few or you can bake all ten in your oven.
From what I can gather from her website, the nine varieties of bread and rolls are: Angel Biscuits, Dinner Yeast Rolls, Wheat Rolls, Parker House Style Yeast Rolls, Cheddar Yeast Rolls, Cinnamon Yeast Rolls, Orange Yeast Rolls, Blueberry Yeast Rolls and Sausage Rolls. I will have to keep my eyes open for the other varieties I haven't tried yet. I'd really like to try the Sausage Rolls, they have peaked my curiosity.

Excellent review! I particularly liked the variety of rolls you listed at the end of the article, didn't know there were so many made by this company - or much about the brand at all.
