Sister Wives, Kody Brown's Third Wife, Christine Brown

'Sister Wives', Kody Brown's third wife, Christine Brown, has six children with the polygamist. Christine is happy to be a polygamist's wife because she grew up around polygamy. She claims that it was always her dream to be a third and final wife because the third wife balances out the first two. Apparently she did not realize that her husband Kody Brown, could and would add a fourth wife, Robyn, after 16 to 20 years of marriage with the first three.

Kody Brown met Christine the summer after she graduated college at a youth camp. Kody and his first wife Meri were Christine's sister's chaperones at the youth camp.

Kody and Christine Brown have six children, Aspyn 14, Mykelti 13, Paedon 11, Gwenelyn 8, Ysabel 6, Truely Grace newborn. Christine has one of three apartments inside a large home in Lehi, Utah, that she shares with her husband and two of her Sister Wives, Meri, Kody's first wife and Janelle, Kody's second wife. Kody's fourth wife, Robyn Sullivan is currently living in a home nearby.

The family is currently being investigated for felony bigamy. Bigamy is illegal in all 50 states and you do not need an actual marriage certificate to be guilty of the crime. Just living together as if you are married is a crime.

Christine has verbally agreed with Kody adding a fourth wife, but her comments and actions show a lot of friction and jealousy. Christine even walked out during taping of the TLC reality television show, Sister Wives at one point because she found out that Kody had helped pick out Robyn's wedding dress. That does not seem like something that most people would be upset over, but in this family tensions are running high.

During the courtship and engagement of Kody and Robyn, Christine was pregnant with her sixth child and Kody's thirteenth child. Kody was so caught up in his school boy crush on Robyn that he actually took the time to kiss Robyn on his way to the hospital when Christine was giving birth to Truely Grace. Kissing is not allowed before marriage in Christine's book of rules.

Christine is usually a team player on most issues and she does seem happy that Kody has younger and cuter wife which she says he deserves. This made Meri, Kody's first wife exclaim "I'm cute." Although Janelle and Christine are working their way through it, Meri is the most jealous wife of all, but her cries are falling on deaf ears as Kody and Robyn go off on their honeymoon.
