Six Cheese Italian Buttermilk Chicken

Among the world's favorites in poultry dishes, this specific dish is tender and loaded with mouth-watering flavor.

Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Italian six cheese (Sargento)
1 box Panko Italian bread crumbs
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine both your chicken breast and buttermilk. Coat the chicken thoroughly, cover and marinate for at least one hour in your refrigerator. For more flavor, marinate longer.

After marinating for the desired amount of time, remove the chicken breasts from the buttermilk and coat both sides evenly with the box of Italian bread crumbs.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil until simmering and then add the chicken. Cook one side of the chicken on medium-low heat for about 7 minutes or until golden brown. Next, turn the chicken and top the side which is already cooked with your six cheese. Allow the chicken to cook for about 5 additional minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the cheese has melted.

In addition to the low preparation and cooking time for this dish, you will find that the chicken is tender, juicy and has a variety of flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.
