Six Flags Over Ga. In Austell Has Over 90% Black/African American Park Employees - Equal Opportunity Employer?
Even the Crystal Pistol show in 2011 has over 94% Black/African-American performers! Prove me if I am wrong? What is the reason for this situation? No one seems to know? Could this be a personell taboo problem or just simply something that no one, including legal experts in Metro-Atlanta, Ga. are willing to talk about because of racial harresment lawsuits?
Which in the past year of 2011 Six Flags over Ga. has been faced with because of ironic hair "Dreadlocks" litigation regarding Black people applications.
Please Note: This article is based on American unemployment and NOT racism.
If you visit this 290 acre theme amusement park called Six Flags over Georgia located in Cobb County Austell, Ga in the year of 2011, you will eventually notice that over 90% of the park employees are Black human beings, mostly young people from the ages of 18-21.
This fact is really disturbing for world-wide visitors of any race of people. Considering that Six Flags over Georgia has always been an EQE or equal opportunity employer since the year they opened in the year of 1967 in Austell-Atlanta, Ga. The majority of these young Black/African-American park employees are "really nice and freindly people that you would enjoy working with at anytime as your co-workers."
So what's the problem? President Obama has recently stated in that the unemployment rate here in the year of 2011 in America has reached it's bottom level since the year of 1940. What has happened to the White, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, Japanese, Polonesian, Middle Eastern, ect. employee applicants of Six Flags over Geogia?
Were their applications literally thrown in the trash? Or just simply over-looked because the so-called hiring manager(s) were African-American also? Where are these different races of employees that have been somehow deleted from the Six Flags Over Ga. community in Austell-Metro Atlanta, Ga.?
"Come on Six Flags Over Georgia owners! Visitors all around the world are not blind!" Don't you think that people would like to see employees of all different races in your park working and more enjoyble?" You want everyone to buy a season pass each and every year.
"However? Why should they buy a season pass if you are prejudice regarding your employees especially here Atlanta-Austell, Ga.?". Apparently over 90% employees hired seem to be young American Black/African-American located in the Metro-Atlanta, Ga, district for some odd reason?
