Easiest and simplest form to make money on Facebook is with advertisement. I'm not sure why many are fooled into thinking banner advertisement doesn't work, but seeing as my sisters' main source of income is through banner ads, I'd have to say they are wrong. As long as you pick the right program, or company to promote you can have it made by doing nothing more then ordering ads. Too easy to be true? Ask any affiliate company to confirm what I've just mentioned.
The second easiest to generate money on Facebook is creating a group that supports your efforts to earn income. This however takes a lot of time and effort, not to mention connections. You have to keep whatever Facebook group you created active and more people coming in, in order for word to spread and income to generate. Whatever your group is about, it has to be marketable like anything else. Your Facebook group could be about a program you have been paid by and know works, or a product like Avon. Spreading the word about something is sometimes all it takes.
The hardest way to generate an income through Facebook is creating a program that has the ability to get others addicted and want to invest their money and time in. One successful application to have applied this method is fluff friends. Every month he generates a new "friend" or "gift" that people will receive with the purchase of $5. He also sells his creations on such things as t shirts and mouse pads. I am sure it takes plenty of time for the development and maintaining such a thing to keep it fresh, which is how you keep people interested in it.
An interesting and beneficial method to generate income through Facebook is using LinkedIn connections. LinkedIn is a network of business professionals. You can connect through friends of friends or directly to other people in your industry. You can hook up through the LinkedIn Facebook group to build even larger network connections that could turn a tidy profit exchanging ideas, references, and job offers. The connections are limitless, just as are the benefits.
Lastly, there are applications you can join that claim to earn you money on Facebook. Freebee gifts, cash cliques, snap dollars, and clixcash just to name a few. These all have their catches and all are upon recruitment of friends and family members, which a lot of people aren't comfortable with. I personally wouldn't put any faith, or effort in using an application that promises income on Facebook such as the ones I mentioned above. It sound like a pyramid scam, and I would have thought Facebook would put a stop to that, but apparently not.
I feel the best is the hardest, but like anything in life, the more time and effort you put into it the more rewarding it will become, just like a family.
