Bowel Nourisher - Juice a slice of raw potato, broccoli, celery, cabbage, Granny Smith apple and carrot.

Bowel Strengthener - Juice garlic, lemon, apple, ginger and carrot.

Green Drink - Place parsley, spinach, four to five leaves of romaine lettuce, and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend and chew well.

Soy Almond Combo - Mix water, 1 serving of soy protein powder, half an apple, several almonds, and water. Blend well. Add 1/2 tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds.

GI-Friendly Drink - Blend soy yogurt with half a banana, almonds, and a little diluted juice.

Aloe smoothie - Blend 1/3 cup of aloe vera juice with water and half an apple.

Herb Tea - Make tea from Pau D'arco, valerian. mullein and marshmallow. Add 1 teaspoon of chlorophyll and unprocessed honey to taste. Sip throughout the day.
