A large number of radio and television stations provide live or taped broadcasts of their talk shows and popular weekly programs using an assortment of audio and video formats. Given all that can be accomplished with a computer and internet access in our daily lives it seems apparent to me that many of the things we use day in and day out such as the television, radio, CD and DVD players, newspapers and magazines and even board games and playing cards can be replaced with the computer and internet access. Is it not wiser to make a single purchase that can meet all your needs rather than several small and expensive purchases that in time will be left sitting on the shelf unused while you are sitting in front of your computer and keyboard? I think so.
