Soap star Rebecca Budig bested Bethenny Frankel on the ice Tuesday night, making her the 2010 champion of 'Skating With the Stars.'

Rebecca received six tens, three for technique and three for artistic impression, earning a perfect score of 60. Bethenny and Ethan scored 51, which included at least one 10 from judge LaurieAnn Gibson.

Judges LaurieAnn, Dick Buttons and Johnny Weir all but gushed as they praised Rebecca for her performance during the finale.

"Whooooo! LaurieAnn exclaimed. "You were electrifying! You're a world class skater!" Dick said Rebecca had the "mark of a champion," while Johnny Weir said she'd risen to the challenge. "You gave us so much soul tonight, you embraced this competition, you rocked it from beginning to end!"

Bethenny, who doggedly fought her way to the finale, also received praise for her performance. "You skated like you were a finalist," said Weir. "It pushed you to do your best." Dick Buttons said Bethenny had understood more than anyone else what the competition was all about, while LaurieAnn complimented her on her transformation from beginning to end. "She wants to win and nothing else matters," LaurieAnn said.

Despite low scores throughout the season, Bethenny hung on, although she looked shocked Monday night when Olympian Jonny Moseley was eliminated from the lineup instead of her. But she'd recovered enough by Tuesday night to declare she was going to win. "I didn't leave my baby and my husband at home not to win this trophy," she said.

Other skaters this season were Motley Crue rock star Vince Neil and skating partner Jennifer Wester, actor Brandon Mychal Hall and partner Keauna McLaughlin, Olympian Jonny Moseley and partner Brooke Castille, and actress Sean Young and partner Denis Petukhov.

Haven't seen it yet, but I've always been a fan of the Olympic ice skating - when I first heard the title I thought, "oh that's gonna hurt."
