"Skating with the Stars" Week 5 Recap

Well, today I was planning on working, but I have to go buy a new TV after a bottle of Cabernet got whipped at it last night when the results were announced. Not only was I mad that after staying up way past my bedtime, sitting through a Bears game, and watching these numb skulls skate, but (Spoiler Alert..stop reading now!) Jonny Moseley was eliminated. Jerks.

Congrats to ferocious members of the B-dawg army for getting her in like a Palin on a platform of obsessive voting and tearing others down. Golf Claps...Well done. No really, you should be proud. Someone that can actually skate was eliminated.

Praise Jeebus there's only one more episode of this left...

So anyway, last night on Bethenny, The Ice Queen Cometh , "Skating With the Stars", our teams went out there and did a horrible group skate to the worlds most over played Christmas song, then did their lil' routines. Rebecca was great. Girlfriend's got the eye of the tiger and she went out there and did an Adagio lift like a pro. Jonny went out there and did what he do to "Let's Get it On," excellent song choice, by the way, since that's what I'm thinking when I see him anyway...and Bethenny actually improved this week. Seriously, I will give props where they are due, she looked like a different skater and it's really too bad it took four weeks for the critique to sink in and use it to improve. There'd actually be a competition in tonight's final instead of, "Which of these skaters doesn't belong here?" All you have to do is compare Rebecca's Adagio lift to Bethenny's and see that this is clearly no contest.

Tonight we'll get to see who wins between Greenlee's fans and Bethenny's. I really hope Rebecca wins, only because she's the best skater by far and she seems nice. Also we're going to get to see Johnny Weir and others skate to a Laurieann choreographed ditty, so that should be a treat.

Sorry, I simply can't write about this anymore. Because if I do, I'm going to have to buy a new TV and a new computer. Good bye Jonny Moseley...you were hot and got robbed.
