Pros:
This is just a fantastic 'foot ski' bike! It is very nimble, lightweight, and a joy to ride. The suspension is very robust and provides a smooth stable ride on a variety of terrain. The 'upside down' front suspension, the adjustable dampening rear shock absorber, and the rubber shock absorbers on the bike are integrated to perfection. No uncomfortable bouncing on this bike!
This bike loves to carve and doesn't wash out on turns. Lay this bike over on a carve and get ready for some fun.
The Stalmach Cayenne comes equipped with the Stalmach 3S bike skis but they can be easily interchanged with the Stalmach Powder skis. The bike design allows the skis to be quickly switched without the use of tools. I suspect if you replace the stock Stalmach 3S skis with the Stalmach SX skis that it would provide an enhanced carving experience.
The Cayenne has the same seat height adjusting system as the Stalmach World Cup. This is a really nice feature. It also has the same adjustable fore/aft seat. All without the use of tools! It quickly disassembles to a compact size at the end of the day too.
The Stalmach Cayenne is easy to load and transport on the chairlift due to its lightness. I found it to be much easier to load than the heavier Stalmach World Cup. Those with limited upper body strength would find this ski bike an ideal alternative.
Cons:
It's hard to find something to dislike about the Stalmach Cayenne. I found it to be the perfect recreational "foot ski" bike. I do find the footrest to be somewhat useless. The footrest did help transport the bike on a few chairlifts. It might be nice to offer the bike in different colors. Then again, I don't think it would be too hard to find a can of Krylon™.
Suggested improvements:
Stalmach appears to have stopped production of the Cayenne. They should bring it back into production.
