1. Carrot juice right from your young age would work greatly to keep your skin intact. You resemble to be just twenty. However, if have not followed this then it is not going to be a problem. 6. Have moisturizing lotions and soaps only after forties.
7. Having lemonade on the fresh day of morning would act as detoxicant removing all unwanted waste and toxins from your body. It also clears your skin base and gives shine to the withered skin.
8. Apply facial mask once in a week to your face, neck, hands, and legs. Leaving any of these parts would do no use to your treatment. If possible, apply a light mask all over your skin.
9. Stay active with simple and light exercises. Go in for yoga to relax your mind. This would avoid tension shown in your face and would reflect that your heart is peaceful.
10. Keep your lips soft and moistened. Have a light lip-gloss. Never apply Vaseline. This would turn your lips black. Try to apply essential oil available to moisten your lips.
11. Take care of black marks around your eyes. Have a sliced cucumber or tomato always on your closed eyes when you go to sleep. This would cool you down as well as remove black circles.
12. Collagen promoted vitamin C. This prevents your skin from wrinkling. Try to get collagen boosting products ion your skin care kit. Always have natural collagen filled fruits like blueberries and then go in as a secondary option of skin care kits.
13. Keep your physic hydrated. Drink more water this would keep your skin elastic and well maintained too.
14. Have a balanced diet above all to maintain the cheeks and avoid eye pits that show you really aged.
