I'll be the first to admit I have body acne. I've had this problem for a long time and I've tried numerous products. Some products have worked for me; most other products have not and have even worsened my body acne. On top of this, I have Keratosis Pilaris, a skin disorder that leaves dry, unsightly red bumps on my upper arms. After a little research, I found out that Keratosis Pilaris affects 40 percent of adult population worldwide, making it a stand out issue. I wanted to find a body that would both help with my body acne and my Keratosis Pilaris, and I think I finally found something that works!
One brand I always trust is Neutrogena. Neutrogena has a wide variety of different products out on the market today that can virtually be found anywhere. Not to mention, they can be found for a great price as well. While I was browsing Neutrogena products at my local drug store, I came across the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub, which is actually different than the Body Clear Body Wash. The Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub is a salicylic acid infused scrub that targets body acne allover the body. To me, it seemed like a sure bet. I love Neutrogena, and I desperately needed to get rid of my body acne quickly. I decided to purchase the bottle of Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub for $6.99 at Target and try it out.
As soon as I got home from the store, I immediately hopped in the shower in order to try the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub out. I squeezed a quarter size amount of product on a wet wash cloth and began to exfoliate my skin. The Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub is an orange gel-scrub, and it actually goes on quite smoothly. The smell is heavenly because it's crispy and clean. Because there is salicylic acid in the scrub, I left it on my skin for about 2 minutes in order to let it work. After that, I washed off the scrub, which leave that crisp, clean smell on my skin.
After using Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub for a month every night, my skin was beginning to clear up completely. My skin was smooth and my body acne was almost completely gone. My Keratosis Pilaris was also way down too. I was extremely happy with the results.
Overall, I would rate the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub. It's a great product that helps with both Keratosis Pilaris and body acne. It will leave you with clear skin. I would recommend this to anyone with body acne or backne problems.
