I have sensitive skin on my chin. I learned this the hard way when I tried a brightening cleanser after noticing some darkened spots on my chin from having acne scars. I began using the cleanser like any other product, but after a few days my skin was completely fine except for my chin. My chin was peeling horribly. I knew I had to switch to a gentler product when it came to fighting acne and dark spots on my chin.
Because of my sensitive skin discovery I wanted to find a product that would be gentle on my chin while also helping to sooth my irritated skin and help fight dark spots. So I hopped online to my favorite skincare website, BlissWorld.com, and began browsing. I searched by sensitive skin and came across the SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel. I've tried SkinCeuticals brand before with good results, so when I saw they had a product for sensitive and problematic skin, it seemed like the perfect product for me. According to Bliss's website, the SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel contains botanical extracts with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. The ingredients help sooth and calm problematic and irritated skin. Infused inside the formula are also ingredients that help lighten skin naturally, especially focusing on brown spots to help create a clear and beautiful complexion.
It seemed like a great product to try, so I went ahead and purchased the SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel for $58 directly from BlissWorld.com. Before I tried the skincare product, I was a little skeptical. Could it really be gentle on my skin and help fight dark spots and more? Well, I decided I could only find out one way.
I first cleansed my skin with my new cleanser and then dried my skin with a washcloth. I then took the dropper from the bottle of SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel and put some on my fingertips. I rubbed the green gel on my skin until it was gone. Immediately my skin felt soothed, calmed, and less inflamed. Additionally, after using the SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel for about two weeks, I noticed less dark spots on my skin. The product worked magic! It also didn't cause my skin to peel or anything. And in addition, it also helped control some of my minor acne.
Over all I would rate SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Gel a 5/5. It's a great skincare product and I would certainly recommend it to anyone with problematic/acne-prone skin or sensitive skin.
