Sky Sushi in El Dorado Hills is the Best Sushi in All El Dorado County

El Dorado County can be pretty homogenized and pretty bland. There is not much to do or see in El Dorado County. So El Dorado County is not like its more metropolitan neighbor Sacramento County. However being on the border of the two counties El Dorado Hills tends to be more like Sacramento county. So if there is one eating and entertainment gem in all of El Dorado County it is El Dorado Hills. El Dorado Hills has most kinds of food and entertainment and that includes sushi bar. One of the best sushi bars in El Dorado Hills is Sky Sushi.

You can find Sky Sushi at 3907 Park Drive in El Dorado Hills, California. Sky Sushi is far from being the only sushi bar in El Dorado Hills but it is ceratinly one of the best and most liekly the very best sushi bar in El Dorado Hills and even all of El Dorado County. Sky Sushi seems to be the only place in the La Borgat shopping center that has not gone out of business. Sky Sushi is so popular it outlast all the other places that so regularly come and go.

If you are a serious fan of traditional Japanese cuisine then you might not like Sky Sushi. Sky Sushi is Maki style sushi. If you do not have any idea what that is then it is probably the only sushi you have ever had. Maki is a westernized version of sushi and the most common sushi you will find in the US. I have had the real authentic stuff but I think that both deserve a space in the world so I will not be a sushi snob and complain about Sky Sushi. The funny thing is that Sky Sushi takes what makes Maki sushi and it puts it into overdrive and I have heard some complain that it is not traditional but these same people have never even had traditional and don't know what they are talking about. So yes Sky Sushi is not traditional it is Maki like most sushi.

Sky Sushi is not the only one to offer fried sushi but they do make some good fried roll choices. The fried sushi is a great example of Maki sushi too. Sky Sushi is one of those places that has lots of house specials like the Superman or Scallop Mania to name just a couple. But besides having their own unique rolls Sky Sushi also has their own unique deserts. Sushi bars are not known for their deserts but Sky Sushi offers some unique ones like Tempura Ice Cream and Tempura Cheesecake. I am not saying I like either but many people do.

Sky Sushi is very popular and can get crowded. I would recommend if you are in the El Dorado Hills area that you give Sky Sushi a try if you like Sushi.
