On February 18, Minnesota-based Pop-Punk band Sleeping in the Aviary will be promoting their 2010 album Great Vacation as they perform live at Hot Springs, Arkansas-based venue The Exchange. Featuring 10 tracks, the album features music of lyrical wonders, penetrating vocals, and mesmerizing sounds. Recommended songs on the album include lyrics of a dying love while onboard a sinking ship on the ballad "Last Kiss On A Sinking Ship", comparable styles to the likes of The White Stripes on the drum-enthused track "Blacked-Out Fun", and the soothing vocals of Lead Singer/Guitarist Elliott Kozel on the track "Nothing".

Since their debut album Oh,This Old Thing? was released in 2007, Sleeping the Aviary have continued captivating listeners with their unique musical styles and vocal approach within their songs. Great Vacation features long-term musicians Elliott Kozel (Vocals, Guitar), Phil Mohlstadt (Bass), and Michael Sienkowski (Drums). Sleeping in the Aviary also contains recently-added band members Celeste Heule (Accordian, Musical Saw) and Kyle Sobczak (Guitar). Since the addition of Heule and Sobczak, Sleeping in the Aviary are able to demonstrate newer sounds of the Harp, Trumpet, and Banjo, while displaying old, familiar styles from the 90's Pop-Punk musical genre.

Compared to the likes of Bob Dylan and Bright Eyes, Sleeping in the Aviary will showcase their own musical diversity and unique showmanship when they play Hot Springs, Arkansas' The Exchange on February 18, 2011.
