Think Small is "a competition exhibition featuring work in various media no larger than 12 inches in any one direction."
So, in effect, the entries must be able to fit in a bread box. Or a microwave.
The opening reception is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3, and the various mini-works are to remain on display through Thursday, Dec. 23, at downtown Ferndale's Lawrence Street Gallery, 22620 Woodward Ave.
Lawrence Street Gallery has been open since 1987 and admission is free. Hours are noon to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and noon to 9 p.m. on Fridays.
