Small Business Classes Offered in San Diego: Quickbooks for Small Business and Small Business Management
Finances are everything for the small business owner. Quickbooks for Small Business is one of the necessary tools a small business owner should master to maintain a true mirror of his or her financial picture.
The Quickbooks for Small Business is for the small business owner who already has some understanding of accounting procedures. In this particular class the accounting skills are taken to a different leveling that the Quickbooks for Small Business is designed to teach corporate accounting fundamentals. The class will offer the opportunity for participants to tackle hands on automated accounting through Quickbooks. Topics covered in the Small Business Class include payroll processes, and accounts receivable and payable.
The Quickbooks for Small Business meets for 13 weeks twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. Classes last in duration for 3 hours and are held at the Vista High School. There is no charge for this class.
The Small Business Management Class is a 14-week course which is designed specifically for individuals considering starting his or her own small business or for those who are already in business but have been in business for a period less than 18 months. This particular class is actually sponsored by the Small Business Bureau of the United States. All students who active participate in this Small Business Management Class sponsored by the SBA will leave the class with a complete business plan designed to be a business blueprint for one's new business.
Key Topics discussed in the Small Business Management Class include Business Ownership, How to Win Customers, Keys to a Successful Business, Will Your Idea Work?, Marketing Strategies, Financing and Managing the Money, Marketing Research and Analysis, Financial Tips, Tools and Secrets, and finally Bring It All Together With a Plan.
