Snakes
The creepy little demon that appears to be a snake
is crawling right in front of me without a sound I make.
My body starts to tremble as my fear begins to rise
I look that little devil right into the eyes.
I slowly start to back away as tears begin to fall
I think of how this little snake could be my end to all.
I think about my life and how it all would end
and ask the Lord above for some bravery he would send.
Like David and Goliath, I fought that devil snake
and threw a rock upon his head no longer he would wake.
