SNAP is able to provide this service to Fort Greene low and moderate income residents with the help of volunteers, members, The HOPE Program, Hunter School of Social work and NYC College of Technology.
SNAP is located at 324 Myrtle Avenue between Cumberland Street and Carlton Avenue.
