Before the move we had heard that Snappy Tomato had good pizza, however, we were concerned since we were used to living in the big city with lots of options when it came to pizza delivery. The first time we ordered my husband went up there and brought back two pizzas. We had to order a just cheese for the kids. Then we ordered a half and half pizza for us. That way we could try out two different varieties at the same time.
The plain cheese pizza cost us $8.29 that first night. The kids loved it and actually ate quietly for a change! I take that as the pizza was so good they couldn't stop long enough to talk. Our half and half pizza was one half The Ranch, and the other half was the Snappy Meat Topper. Both halves were so delicious! I can't tell you which was my favorite half! The Ranch has Hickory smoked bacon, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and Snappy Tomato's special recipe Ranch Sauce. The Snappy Meat Topper has pepperoni, ham, sausage, beef, Hickory smoked bacon, and extra cheese. The large specialty pizzas range from $14.29 to $15.99 depending on which one you choose.
Since the first order, we have since ordered regular delivery for our pizzas. We have had coupons and gotten better deals than paying full price for our pizzas. Just this past week we ordered a family combo. This included a large specialty pizza, a large one topping pizza, an order of Snappy Flat Bread, and also a 2-liter coke. We ordered all of that and the coupon was for $22.99! What an amazing deal! My husband can't stop talking about how great the pizza is. As soon as he finishes he always tells me "Honey, I love it when you order from Snappy Tomato, it is so good!" Not to mention all of his yums while he eats!
Pizza is not the only choice! Snappy Tomato has a wide variety of menu items for you to choose from. They have many "Snappetizers" including loaded potato skins, Snappy Wings, and a variety of other choices. The appetizer prices range from sixty-five cents for a side of baked Lay's potato chips, all the way up to $18.99 for a tray of 20 Chicken Snappers. You can even choose some of their Specialty Salads including a Cajun Chicken salad, and a Snappy Antipasto salad. Salad prices range from $1.69 to a side salad, to $5.99 for most of the other salad options. They also have spaghetti and Alfredo pasta starting at $4.99. You can even get Snappy Tomato's version of a calzone it is called a Snappoli. They have several different fillings for these, including an option to create your own. Prices on the Snappoli start at $5.49. This sounds like enough for the menu of course, but Snappy Tomato doesn't stop there. They also offer oven baked hoagies for $4.99 a piece. And what meal is complete without dessert? You can even choose a dessert pizza starting at $3.99. The choices on the dessert pizzas are Cinna Bread, Chocolate, Apple Streusel, and Cherry Streusel. After hearing those choices, they sure are hard to resist!
To top off this wonderful pizza and their amazing deals, if you go in to the restaurant on Tuesday nights, you can take part in the Kid's Night Buffet for only $0.99 for any child age 11 and under. (There is a limit of 2 bargain buffets per adult buffet purchase.) However, if you are looking for a yummy pizza delivered to your home on a night when you just don't feel like cooking, definitely call Snappy Tomato Pizza! Delivery is fast, and the pizza is absolutely delicious!
Next time you see a Snappy Tomato Pizza, don't just drive by, stop in and give it a try!
