Sneak Peak Album Review of Global Warming by Cam'ron and Dipset West

I have been a fan of Cam'ron and Dipset ever since I first heard their music on the Cam'ron album Come Home With Me that was released in 2000. I have actually been a fan of Cam'ron before he was raping with Jim Jones and when he was raping with Mase and Big L and these are two of the greatest in the Rap music industry. It has been a long time since then and Mase his been signed to Bad Boy Records and also G-Unit and Cam'ron went from alongside Dame Dash and Jay-Z to the leader of Dipset. Cam'ron turned The Diplomats into a million dollar company according to an interview that he did with Vibe magazine and he eventually split with Jim Jones and continued to represent Dipset and The Diplomats since he was the founding member. As a fan of Cam'ron or Cam I can tell you that it is disappointing this he decided to split from Dipset but I have been a fan of Cam since he belonged to the Children Of The Corn group and I believe that he has the ability to make good music regardless of the musical situation or problems that he was have with other artists. This is the reason I decided to pre order this CD but Dipset West via Mixunit but I thought it would be a good idea to listen to the album in advance and see how good it is before it arrives in stores.

The album includes tracks by various artists of Dipset West and this is a great thing because you get a representative sample of what the group has to offer. You hear tracks by their best artists and their worse artists. I was just surprised there is so much material because there are 22 tracks in total and the CD is almost an hour. The artists included on the CD are Hunnedstack, Cam, Bagetz, Flyboyz, Gramz 4 Sale, Young Hustel, Stone Starr, Lambogini, Felony Fame, Rula Rah and Byrd Lady just to name a few. The featured artists on the CD include Crooked I, Knoc Turnal, Iceman, Spida Loc (of G-Unit) and Hell Rell. The best tracks on this CD are Shake Em Up, Floss Money and This Compton, However, I enjoy this CD because it has a unique mix that includes every artist on Dipset West and it allows you to listen to all their artists. I would rate this a 4/5 because I enjoy it a lot.
