Sneak Peak Album Review of Greatest Hits by Rascal Flatts

If you listen to Country music then chances are Rascal Flatts are probably one of your favorite artists. You probably have a play list of all their greatest hits on your Apple Ipod Nano or Ipod Touch. However, if you don't know who they are then you should give them a listen because I believe you will enjoy their music. They are a Country music group which was formed in 1999 and according to the Billboard Sales charts available of Billboard.com they have been very successful since the release of their self titled (and first) CD released in 2000 sold 2 million records and featured the single ""Prayin' for Daylight" which hit number 1 on the County Billboard charts according to Billboard.com.

The CD also featured the hit sings "While You Loved Me" and "I'm Moving On" which all reached the top 10 on the Country Billboard charts. It is very rare that any artist accomplish such success with their first album and this showed that Rascal Flatts are truly talents. One thing that doesn't lie in the music business is numbers are 2 million copies of a debut album sold indicates that this group is very talented. They have since released five more albums with a large number of Billboard chart topping hits and have sold a total of 23 million records which is nothing short of an amazing amount of sales.

Because of this I decided to pre order their album "Greatest Hits" which features the best tracks off of their first five albums. As you can see this leaves the door open for a volume two in which they can put together more hits from future albums. I decided to listen to the album via Youtube before it becomes available and I must say you need to pick this up. There are 13 songs in total included on the CD, all of which have been hits on the Billboard charts. In addition to the singles mentioned above this CD includes tracks like "Feels Like Today", "I Melt" and "What Hurts The Most". This is the best collection you could find of their music and some classic County love music. If you love Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban or Kenny Chesney then you will love this CD for sure. I rate this CD a 4/5 only because I wish it had included more music on the CD.
