Justin Timberlake wishes a "Happy Mother's Night" on Twitter, with a link to the streaming video for An SNL Digital Short: Motherlover, featuring the latest sure-to-be hit from 2:30AM.

In his highly-anticipated return as host of Saturday Night Live, Timberlake teams up once again with The Lonely Island boys, Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone, to create an undeniably hilarious comedic song and music video for the masses.

Timberlake and Samberg's 2:30AM blokes are now "recurring characters," as they first wowed you with their smash hit Dick In A Box. This follow-up, just as fearlessly outrageous as the last, is, in a word, sidesplitting.

The Lonely Island released Dick In A Box on Incredibad, their debut album (Universal Republic Records).

Boasting 19 tracks, Incredibad includes other SNL: Digital Short greats like I'm On A Boat (featuring T-Pain), Lazy Sunday (with Chris Parnell), and Jizz In My Pants (for which Timberlake also appears in the SNL Digital Short alongside Molly Sims and Jamie Lynn Sigler).

Featuring cameos by Oscar Winner Susan Sarandon and Emmy Winner Patricia Clarkson, this is yet another comedic masterpiece from these creative young minds, sure to one in a very long line.
