Snoop Dog on One Life to Live

This Friday Snoop Dogg will be on on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. He plays himself performing some great songs at the club Ultra Violet owned by Rex. Snoop even has some good acting time in the show when he goes down memory lane with Bo Buchannan . He also has some fun exchanges with Roxy and the young ladies of Lanview. Honestly, Snoop would fit right in with this cast and the show. If he ever considered acting on a soap, One Life to Live would be a great one. He is so convincible that he could portray a different person other than himself. I can see him being just as bad as Todd Manning, so bad the viewers love him.

Also during Friday's episode Dorian pressures her daughter to terminate her teenage pregnancy; however , she has no clue that her daughter is not the Cramer who is with child. On the run, Star and Cole are trying to look towards a future with their expectant child. They have no clue that Blair and John are hot on their trail and the two do not know the real reason why the teen couple is on the run.

With all this going on there is also a great story line developing concerning the true Buchannan son. It appears that David Vickers, the real son , is making his own in Paris Texas but will somehow weasel his way back home. Also, two supposed relatives will confess their love for each other but decide to keep the truth of family relation secret because so many lives will be destroyed.

Another story line that is tangles up with some of the others is the one concerning Rex and his long lost son. He has no clue that the kid he has taken to is really his. Although this will play out, I do not think that it will have a great impact on the viewers. It does not seem new.

For a Friday episode, One Life to Live has done a great job getting the viewers hooked and ready for Monday's showing. Also the show is taking good moves to involve modern music on their show. Past performers such as Mary J. Blige and One Republic are but a few that has entertained on the show. I hope they keep it up. Another interesting addition to the show was Snoop Dog's theme song for One Life to Live. It was hot, fresh and I hope they keep it.
