Early December morn,
Overcast sky forewarns
Possible snowfall today.
The sun, a milky white,
Casts a cold, ghostly light
Through low-hanging clouds of gray.
Will the cold winds that blow
Bear the season's first snow
On this raw, wintery day?

Great job. We had 6 inches of snow Wednesday night, and the next 2 days brought travel chaos to our part of England. Fortunately it disappeared over the weekend.
