Snow White
In the classic Disney movie "Snow White," the Queen transforms into a witch, in order to be the fairest of them all. Snow White was beautiful and the magic mirror proclaimed her fairest. The evil queen didn't like that, so she transformed herself into a witch, using trickery to coerce Snow White into comatose.

Poisonous apple
tricked her into a deep sleep;
true love awakened
