Snow White Laundry Saves The Day!

With the holidays right around the corner, we all become a little pressed for time. We have to add extra cooking, shopping, and gift wrapping; into our already hectic schedules. I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted by the time x-mas is over! This is what happened to me last year; It was three days before x-mas, and I had been working so much, that I hadn't gotten all of my shopping done yet.

So I had planned to go right after work, and get the rest of my shopping done. Four hours later I returned home to my three kids and ordered pizza. Now thinking that I was done for the evening, except for some gift wrapping, my son advises me that he needs his jacket washed because he spilled milk on it at school. So I start a load of clothes and washed the dishes. Suddenly I smelt some thing burning, like rubber, almost. Turns out, it was my washing machine, now I have wet dirty clothes, and he still needs his jacket for school!

Well, I tried the repair men first, but it was going to be a week before they could make it out. So I rang every thing out by hand, and then found the closest laundry mat. Unfortunately every one had beat me there, and there weren't any machines available. I asked the attendant how long it would be before there would be a machine open, and explained that I needed the jacket washed before school tomorrow.

She suggested that I drop it off with her and she would wash and dry it and I could pick it up in two hours, which worked out great! I went home and got all of my gift wrapping done, and when I was finished I picked up my laundry. Even though I've gotten my washer fixed, I still drop off my laundry to this day.

I love the idea of never having to do laundry again, and the price is very reasonable.
