Ingredients

1 10.25 ounce package of fudge brownie mix (it's important to use a FUDGE version) - prepared according to package directions

2 cups of white chocolate chips or morsels, melted

Directions

Prepare brownies according to package directions. Do not overbake. Let cool.

Trim crisp edges from brownie and eat or discard.

Crumble remaining brownies into a medium sized bowl.

Shape crumbled brownie into 1" balls, pressing firmly.

Dip balls into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.

Makes about 16 snowballs.

Give these as gifts by presenting them in chilled metal tins or buckets.
