Save on Q-Tips by buying them at your local dollar store. Pick up your glue at the dollar store too. Any white glue like Elmer's or any school glue will work. If you don't mind a bit of mess, the glitter really makes these snowflakes shine. But if you want to skip the mess, just skip the glitter. Homemade Snowflake Craft #2 - Smiley Snowflake: This is a fun snowflake craft that uses craft foam. You can buy sheets of craft foam at Walmart or any craft store. Obviously, you need to buy white craft foam to make white snowflakes. Although, there are no rules in crafting, so if you want pink snowflakes in your Christmas tree or hanging in your windows, you are allowed to make them pink!
