What I really did not like last night was the second guy, Billy Bell getting in to make it the top eleven. I was thinking cool, now they can go back and tell the last girl, the one who always loved dancing( and her mother thought that she'd have to tell her she couldn't take dance lessons anymore). She was my favorite! I really do not think that it was fair, they let an extra guy in, but not an extra girl. Couldn't they have just let two of them go in the first elimination? Granted, I think he was the one who auditioned four times! If I'm mistaken, forgive me. Really, I don't think it's worth it to audition more than twice. If you don't get through after being in Vegas week twice, I'd say forget it. Stop hitting your head against the wall and just move on. I had two favorites. The other was a male dancer. The one contestant that Nigel Lythgoe said 'danced like a man', but he was injured. It was inevitable that they let him go, because of his injury, but Mia didn't have to go to his house to tell him! I just hated that.
I really don't know how they could have done it differently in auditions. It just seems really wrong to let so many people in, getting their hopes up and just end up choosing ten-excuse me, eleven people instead of twenty. I really dug this show as much as American Idol until learning, they would only choose ten dancers, then last night really made me upset with telling contestants at home, in front of their families and friends that they weren't in, and choosing an eleventh person after saying they only wanted ten. I would suggest that next season, they straighten up their act. Last night they went down several notches in my book. Now that that part is over, let's just hope from here on out, the show will go on as it normally does.
