There are a few training organizations that will provide you courses in regards how to sell HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) Homes, understanding the different types of financing organizations such as the Veterans Housing Association (VHA) and bank options, how to forge relationships with lenders, buyers, and other real estate agents and how to market yourself as a business. You may also find training through your local real estate agent or office.
It is suggested that you network with buyers, real estate agents and brokers. Continue to stay informed about the many changes in financing options and other real estate changes by joining the organizations and publications available to your market. Join the organizations local to you, market yourself as the expert in your field, and develop a business and marketing plan.
