Soccer Poetry: "Just Kick It!"

Lori Lane
Coming up fast, but don't know which way to go? Just kick it.
Not sure the moment will last even when the doubt can grow? Just kick it.
And it means nothing to pass it by because it only suggests decline...
There's nothing left to hide. Just kick it!

Time has come and it's rolling under your thumb but just kick it.
It's do or die, time to try to catch the ball and make it fly - just kick it.
And it means nothing to cast it to an empty zone since when no one's home, no one's home...
It's there for you to own, just kick it!

Leave everyone behind, no need to share that ride. Just kick it.
Don't wait for the right time, it just may pass you by, so just kick it!
And if you think it matters when others talk down to you again...
Surprise your little friends and just kick it!

Play hard, play by the rules. It's all that asked of you. Just kick it.
Make sure you rip a spin and force it in. Just kick it.
And you may find out that it's true. There's a winner deep inside of you...
Show what you can do when you just kick it!

Call me crazy, but I somehow get the impression you want the reader to kick it.
