Woke up this morning.
A smile painted on my face, no lie.
Put on my socks, shoe's and tie
that's it, no lie.
Walked outside, smiled from eye to eye.
I was free, the biting cold made me goosebumps.
After all, I was wearing socks, shoes and a tie.
I felt alive.
I walked down the street,
on my own two feet.
I feel so free! I screamed at me?
Waving with a smile.
Oh I got looks,
crazy looks, "Insane he looks!"
But nothing breaks my stride.
I got nothing left to hide.
I tried to catch the bus, in my socks shoe's and tie.
There was a big fuss, on that bus.
They just waved and shout,
then kicked me out,
must have been the shoes I think?
So I Strolled around the busy town.
Nothing there get me down.
I'm a king, my here's my crown
I turned my frown right upside-down.
Started to the corner store door
to get started on daily chores.
They stopped me as I walked the door.
Which really happened never before.
They must not like my tie I thought,
and as I was I walked on by I thought.
It must really be despised that tie
I Turned around and felt unbound,
but to my eyes a huge surprise,
and soon my hopes became revived.
I saw a devil in disguise
"I like your tie" with flirty eyes
"I like your shoes" she continued.
We walked and talked. I felt a knock.
I woke up later in a shock.
No shoes, no socks, no tie.
In my bed and a bump inside my head
I might not wear a tie next time.
A smile painted on my face, no lie.
Put on my socks, shoe's and tie
that's it, no lie.
Walked outside, smiled from eye to eye.

Wake up everyday like you meant to;
Be who you are everyday.
No shoes, no shirt? No problems
