Soft Skin, with Estee Lauder Soft Clean Tender Cleanser for Dry Skin

Susan Slade
When I recently purchased my Estee Lauder perfume, from Dillard's departmental store, I received a bag of samples. This is a great way to try products, and then purchase only the ones that work well for you.

The majority of the cleansers that I love are from the Estee Lauder brand, and so I was delighted to receive a 1 fluid ounce (30 ml) size tube of their Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser.

The tube is a shiny pink, and stands on it's cap.

I started using it a couple of weeks ago, and when I first unscrewed the cap, and put it to my nose, I loved the light floral fragrance.

I pulled the hair back from my forehead, and was ready to apply the creme cleanser. It states on the tube: "Massage onto dry skin, tissue off".

So I squeezed the tube, so that a small amount of the creme, came onto the top of my index finger. I then gently rubbed my finger tips together, and then applied the creme to my face, and neck area. I gently rubbed it into my skin, in a circular movement.

I could feel the moisture going into my skin as I did this, and the smell was just divine. It doesn't state how long to leave it on, therefore I also checked on the website to no avail, so I let it soak in for 5 minutes.

I then picked up a soft tissue, and gently wiped it over my face. Upon checking the tissue it looked a little wet, and was a darker color. I guess this means that it did take off any dirt, or whatever my face picked up, during the day.

My skin felt wonderful. It was totally hydrated, and this was without a moisturizer. I purposely didn't put on a moisturizer, just to see how it would feel, in the morning.

Upon getting up, my face still looked moist, and felt great to the touch.

You can use the Estee Lauder Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser for Dry Skin, both morning and night, but I decided that using it at night, is enough for my skin.

From the website:
"Rich souffle cushions skin so it gently cleanses.
Soothing extracts of Passion Flower, and Edelweiss
Dermatologist tested"

After using this for 14 nights my skin feels softer, and is more hydrated. I really enjoy using the Estee Lauder Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser. I don't need water, or have to worry about it foaming, or leaving white streaks on my face.

This is the nicest cleanser I have used. The price for the 4.2 ounce tube is $20, and I will probably purchase that when they have another offer on, where I get free samples.

Another excellent and thorough review. Seems we all need some skin moisturizers after the long winter, so it is nice that this takes care of that for people, too. rcj
