Soldier God is with You
He's with you, Everywhere you go
You can be sure he's walking beside you
This is something, he wants you to know
He said to tell you that anytime you need to
You can reach out and touch his hand
Oh, but don't worry, when you feel that scar
That's something he got, from taking a stand
A stand that wasn't very popular
With many people back in those days
And you can bet, there were perils and hardships
Comming at him from so many different ways
Even though he went through so much
From his goal he never did stray
He wasn't one to back down
That just wasn't Jesus's way
Just like you he stood up for a cause
To help people like us, to be free
Free from satan's life destroying power
Giving us all,the freedom to choose our destiny
And you can believe, he's right there
Taking this stand with you
You can trust him with your life
No matter what you are going through
Just call his name, he's listening
He will always recognize your voice
He wants a personal relationship with you
But it has got to be, your choice
So Soldier wherever you may be
Know, that God is there
And no matter what your choice may be
Know, that God will always care.....
