Pros
The Sole E95 comes in several parts. Thanks to the clear assembly manual you can easily put the pieces together in four simple steps. All the pieces are labeled and the required tools are already included so as long as you make sure to lay ALL the parts on the floor before you put anything together you'll be fine. And be sure to take your time when connecting the post with the flywheel assembly so the wires won't get pinched.
The assembled trainer feels very sturdy and when you ride on it you can feel that it is really a well-built machine. Anyone who is already accustomed with the long stride length of an elliptical trainer will find this trainer very familiar. The E95 has 20 inches of stride length which feels very natural.
As for resistance levels the E95 is really excessive. It comes with 20 resistance levels and anything beyond 10 makes a really challenging workout. It has 10 workout programs that you can vary to keep exercising interesting and various ramp settings so you can vary your hip and leg workout.
For those of you that picky about noisy workout machines you can really enjoy this trainer. It is virtually noise-free so your exercise routine won't be bother with any buzzing, whirling or clanking sound from the machine.
On the Sole E95 elliptical trainer you can adjust the angle freely by turning a knob. This feature enables you to get more accurate adjustment according to your own preference. Other good feature is the heart rate monitor. It is very accurate in picking up your heart rate.
Cons
This machine is quite expensive. Most stores sell it for about $1,700. And since this is a very heavy machine the shipping fee is a major pain. You may want to buy it in a local store and carry it on your own car instead of buying it online. The shipping fee is that expensive.
The second grief is the hand grips. They are rather large so it takes a couple of exercises to get used to them especially if you have a small hand.
Conclusion
The Sole E95 elliptical trainer is really an excellent machine. It is targeted for people who are used to the quality of a gym-class elliptical and won't settle for less. If you want to get a good exercise at home and have fun at the same time this trainer is THE choice.
