MY BITTER END: Heaviness Level - 9 out of 10
I have recently got into this band. Some of their songs aren't as good as others but the ones that are good are very good. There are some bits throughout their crazy songs that are mercilessly catchy with 2-steps.

RAISED FIST: Heaviness Level - 5 out of 10
This hardcore band are probable the best out there in my opinion. Their lyrics are deep and the content is riveting. Their sound is unique but they got their inspiration from Rage Against the Machine. The singer sounds like Tom Cruise yelling which sounds awesome. Very catchy 2-step.

REFUSED: Heaviness Level - 4 out of 10
This band is more punk but I reckon they're sound would appeal to heavy music fans. They have a mix of fast and melodic beats and they're sound is very skillful. They have won quite a few awards and it's no wonder. They broke up a while ago.

this is good shit!!
and August Burns Red??
used to be pretty much a classic rocker. lately been searching for some good newer stuff. my search for the most part has been hit and miss at best.I have found some pretty good what i call obscure stuff out there ( music ya don't hear on radio but should ) here are a few bands i have found some are disbanded but well worth listening too. Black Label Society, Doubledrive, Firehouse , Alter Bridge , and Firewind. Another group that looks to be promising is Speed X ( members from Queensyreth, Black Label Society, and Doubledrive. Interesting band member line up ) still waiting. Am not into what I call the hollering metal . Give me interesting guitar rifts and catchy tunes and i am happy. may we rock on be it rock and roll or metal. as us classic rockers say long live rock n roll. peace Luckey4u @msn.com
