Some Lines by My Tears

On My Dear Father's Death

SAIKAT KUMAR DUTTA
Life
Starts from a Zygote,
A structure that has to walk a remote.

Life
Travels through a long struggle,
Protects our minds like a hard shell.

Life
Loves and blesses us always,
Those on our bright and dark days.

Life
Saves and feeds precious things,
Shows how to enjoy and always it sings.

Life
Teaches us how to talk and behave,
Alert us not to be a spendthrift and how to save.

Life
Needs lots of kisses during an illness,
Also pays ample consolations to remove sadness.

Life
Ends without any warning bell,
Keeping us within a black hopeless hail.
